How to Upgrade in Dungeon Quest Reborn

Open the current upgrade interface, select the exact item, compare its Physical and Spell fields, then spend only after confirming the chosen stat supports your active build.

Upgrade checklist

The current interface has been observed with separate Health, Spell, and Physical choices, a price, and bulk actions such as Upgrade 10x and Spend All. Labels can change, so read the live panel before confirming.

Before spending:

  1. Verify the selected item’s name and required level.
  2. Compare Physical Damage and Spell Power.
  3. Confirm which field your equipped abilities use.
  4. Check the cost and remaining upgrades.
  5. Use a single upgrade first if you are learning the interface.

Physical, Spell, and Health

Physical and Spell are build-facing stats. Health supports survivability, but this guide does not publish a universal point ratio because the correct balance depends on current gear, content, and play style. A copied endgame ratio is a poor rule for a new account.

Bulk buttons need extra care

Upgrade 10x and Spend All save time, but they also magnify a selection mistake. Re-read the selected item and stat after switching tabs or items. If the UI preview changes, use that preview rather than an old calculator.

When not to upgrade

Do not invest heavily in an item merely because its rarity looks higher. A drop that does not match your build path, cannot yet be equipped, or will be replaced immediately may not deserve your Gold. Keep enough flexibility to respond to new rewards.

Exact upgrade formulas and costs are not published here until they are captured across enough current item cards. The process above remains useful without inventing a formula.
